PM STOCK TAKE - FOR PEGASUS OPERA AND OPERA II USERS

PM Stock Take which provides an easy to use posting and reconciliation system for stock counts has now been enhanced with Mobile Count giving the facility for real-time input at the point of counting.

STOCK TAKE

  • A "snapshot" stock position is automatically created at a stock period end date; providing the opportunity for normal trading to continue while stock is being counted.
  • Stock count details can be entered with the date and time of counting, allowing the system to take note of any normal Opera movements that have taken place after the period end and before the count.
  • Multiple counts for stock items can be handled, recording both warehouse and sub-locations.
  • The system provides continual monitoring of the stock take, highlighting variances and items not yet counted.
  • Stock can be re-checked as many times as is required until anyunacceptable differences are reconciled. A full trace of all counts for each item is provided to assist reconciliation.
  • Once the total stock check is agreed and accepted, plus or minus adjustments are automatically created and posted.
  • The final stock valuation report highlights the stock quantities and values together with the net adjustments.
